Purchasers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs.
2. Delivery errors / Non-conforming products
The customer must notify ID Logistique within 48 hours of delivery of any claim of error in delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in question nature or quality in relation to the information on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.
Any complaint to the company ID Logistique may be made:
- by e-mail email@example.com.
- by telephone on 0 809 100 580 during opening hours, Monday to Thursday from 10:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00 and Friday from 10:30 to 12:00 (Price of a local call)
Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits set will not be taken into account and will release the company ID Logistique from any liability to the customer.
