The buyers, non-professional physical people, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
The customer will have to formulate near the company ID Logistics, at the latest within 48 hours following the delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of products in kind or in quality compared to the indications being reproduced on the purchase order. Any complaint formulated beyond this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.
Any claim with the company ID Logistics can be made :
- by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- by phone at 0 809 100 580 during opening hours, Monday to Friday from 10: 30-12: 30 pm to 15h-17h (Price of a local call)
Any complaint not made in rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and release the company ID Logistics from any liability towards the customer.
