Buyers, non-professional natural persons, benefit from a fourteen day retraction period from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs.
2. Errors in delivery / Non-conforming products
The customer must notify ID Logistique within 48 hours of delivery of any claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with regard to the indications on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.
Any complaint to ID Logistique can be made:
- by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- by telephone on 0 809 100 580 during opening hours, Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 12.30pm to 3pm to 5pm (Price of a local call)
Any complaint not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified cannot be taken into account and will release ID Logistique from any liability towards the customer.
