    If you're an authentic barbecue enthusiast, nothing beats the use of charcoal. The Loewy 45 barbecue will give you an exceptional traditional culinary experience, with incomparable flavor. Thanks to the charcoal's combustion, your food will be impregnated with a deliciously aromatic flavour fumand an irresistible crispy texture.

    What's more, the use of charcoal offers the advantage of reaching high temperatures, perfect for searing meat quickly and sealing in its juices, preserving all its flavor. Thanks to the Loewy 45 barbecue, you can enjoy juicy steaks and grilled vegetables that will be perfectly caramelized.

    Instructions for use:

    - Remove the bottom grill and place three newspaper torches in the ignition tube.
    - Replace the bottom grill in position.
    - Place a quantity of charcoal or briquettes in the barbecue bowl.
    - Light the newspaper with a long match or lighter through one of the two holes at the bottom of the unit.
    - Make sure you get sufficient air circulation by adjusting the air opening at the bottom of the unit. Air will circulate from bottom to top through the holes in the grate - below, igniting the fire in your barbecue.
    - After about 15 minutes, your coals will be glowing.
    - Add a little more charcoal or briquettes to the tank until it's half full.
    - Wait until all the coals/briquettes turn gray.
    - You're now ready to start your barbecue and enjoy some delicious food!
