    Information :

    The giant rhubarb Race Victoria has a pleasant acidic flavor. The cooked petioles are used in jam, marmalade, pie filling. Be careful not to eat the leaves of the rhubarb, they are used to treat the gum of fruit trees by scraping the attacked part and rubbing it with the leaves.


    - Period of sowing/planting: April to September
    - Period of harvest/flowering: May to September

    - A spacing of 80 cm between the plants is advised so that they can grow and bloom
    - Watering: Moderate / In case of drought
    - Exposure: Sun / Half-shade
