    Information :

    The Spearmint, native to the mountains (Alps, Jura, Pyrenees etc.). Is a hardy perennial plant that can reach 100 cm and gives off a fresh and invigorating scent. In kitchen to make sauces, creams, jellies but also fruit salads.

    - Intense perfume
    - Period of sowing/planting: January to April
    - Period of harvest/flowering: June to October

    Good to know:

    - A spacing of 40 cm between the plants is advised so that they can grow and bloom
    - Watering: Moderate / Daily
    - Exposure: Sun / Half-shade
    - Get better results in rich and humid soil
